Services

We provide confidential in office and virtual services for your convenience.  Our virtual visits use secure video conferencing that is easily accessed by your computer or smart phone.  

We are currently contracted with several private insurances in Pennsylvania, but not  Medicare.  Please check with your insurance company to  ensure we are in your plan's network.  If not, check to see if your plan provides out-of-network benefits for psychiatric services and/or whether a referral or pre-authorization from your primary care provider is required for your visit. 

 We are not in-network for any insurance plans in New York, including Medicare, or Medicaid and are considered an “out of network provider” for PPO plans. While we do not contract with insurance companies, we do assist  patients by providing the paperwork necessary to submit into their insurance carriers for reimbursement (a “superbill”) at the time of service. 

  
Credit/debit cards are accepted and kept on file.

 Payment is expected at the time the service is provided and will automatically be billed to the credit card on file after your appointment. 

Appointment times are made and held exclusively for those who schedule. Cancellations and requests to re-schedule will be subject to cancellation costs if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE and automatically billed to your credit card on file.   In order to avoid a charge for a late cancellation, please give our office notice of at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
